The North Penn International Friendship Committee (NPIFC) is a 501 (c) 3 organization that promotes peace and understanding throughout the world by offering opportunities for North Penn students to study abroad and to bring foreign students to study at North Penn High School. This program is an official United States government approved student sponsor and is designated as the official organization for the Exchange Visitor program for the North Penn School District. The NPIFC has been actively sending and receiving students since 1962.
The NPIFC supports this program through revenue that is raised through the North Penn Craft Shows and through generous donations. The program has no administrative costs and all revenue goes directly to support the student program through scholarships and activities for the exchange students.
